Anna is the president of design at Ebony and Ivory homes. Anna works in collaboration with Woodland Construction Group to create beautiful spaces with an emphasis on functionality and timelessness. Anna brings a unique mix of design and technical ability gained largely from a career in real estate, new construction, and home renovation.

While attending college for a career in nursing, her career took a turn when she bought her first “fixer upper” and realized her passion found a purpose in home design and real estate sales. In her 15 years in the real estate business, she has helped hundreds of clients achieve there dreams of homeownership.

Whether it’s a remodel or new space, Anna works to combine her passion for the old and new with her client’s budget, lifestyle, and needs. Inspiration comes in many forms and Anna will work to curate a space that can be lived in effortlessly. Combining the home’s original characteristics with fresh designs is a way she likes to honor the history of the home while creating a space that lasts the test of time.

In her free time, you can find Anna thrifting for vintage glassware and furniture. She enjoys hosting dinners parties with friends and family and walking her two golden retrievers, Bert and Ernie.

Tyrone Woodland’s career in the building industry did not begin as a general contractor. After graduating from Pacific Northwest College of Art with a Bachelor of Illustration. He dove straight into the entertainment industry where he worked with companies such as Nintendo, Electronic Arts, and Nike as a 3D Sr. Footwear Designer. He bought his first home in his early 20’s and fully remodeled the home and that’s where he first caught his remodeling bug. Fast forward a decade and Woodland Construction Group was born in 2008.

What separates Woodland Construction Group apart from other builders is that we are a design led company. We are a company of designers that design and build incredible homes. Tyrone takes on the responsibility of driving all construction processes from start to finish and takes a hands-on approach to each project. Driving each phase of construction, beginning with assisting in design development, he ensures timeless construction and functionality.

Before starting his own company he worked on numerous construction projects before starting up Woodland Construction Group. Utilizing the skills and experiences he acquired in his professional career, he established Woodland Construction group and has held a Building Classification General Contractors license in Oregon since 2008. What sets Tyrone apart is his strong visualization skills to be able to see the underlying potential of the property very quickly. He also has extensive experience with residential renovations.

Some of Tyrone’s hobbies are playing golf, traveling, eating great food, and drinking fine wine with his family. He enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Anna, son Tyrell, two daughters Dominique & Adrian, and two dogs, Bert & Ernie. They reside in Portland, Oregon.

Tyrell Woodland has been familiar with home renovations from an early age. As a young man growing up, he helped his Dad on various projects learning the process and expanding his knowledge of the business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Oregon and has worked in the construction industry for the past three years.

Tyrell currently holds a position as a project engineer and has comprehensive experience in commercial residence buildings, project management, and renovation.  Having worked on over 55 million dollars of construction builds and counting, Tyrell is focused on expanding his endeavors by adapting his skill sets to include bid coordination, building operations, estimating, and expanding into the home renovations business through the Woodland Construction Group.

When not on the job site, Tyrell enjoys traveling the world and spending time with his friends and family. He likes to spend time in the kitchen trying new recipes, as well as enjoying tasty food and drinks out on the town.
